Panavia Tornado is a twin-engine fighter-bomber that was created as a European response to the threat of USSR aviation. In spite of their already elaborate construction, they are still used by such countries as Germany, Italy and Great Britain. Two Tornado engines allow the machine to reach a top speed of almost 2,400 km / h, with a range of up to 3,800 kilometers with attached fuel tanks. The maximum flight limit is up to 15,400 meters.
Tornado was flown in 1974, while its first combat use occurred during Operation Desert Storm – RAF and Italian. Currently they are phased out of service, mainly due to high operating costs and replacement with new machines.

General Motors has partnered with WiTricity to create a convenient way to charge electric cars. An inductive charger is designed for car parks and garages.
Electric cars have many advantages, but charging them does not belong. This is a rather cumbersome activity that requires playing with wires and connecting plugs to special outlets. However, General Motors wants to do so much easier, so it has established a partnership with WiTricity, which aims to create a modern wireless charging system.
WiTricity has developed a prototype of the inductive Drive 11 charger, which offers 7.7 kW or 11 kW and can be installed, for example, under public car parks, or garage floor. Charging the battery of the car will then be reduced to overriding the induction plate and leaving the car for some time.
Toyota and Delphi, the main supplier of components for GM have already expressed interest in purchasing a license for a new charging system. This may mean that models will soon be released that will support it.…
Mobile payments are not uncommon for Apple Watch users or for smartwatches based on the Android Wear platform. However, this feature is not available for Pebble watches, but it changed when a special belt developed by Fit Pay Inc. appeared on the market.
Mobile payment systems are convenient to use because they allow you to pay for purchases without pulling a wallet out of your pocket. The product called Pagare is quite a unique technology because it functions completely independently of the smartphone because the dedicated application is used only for card management and not for making payments. Just plug in your credit card and we can now use Pebble Time to pay for all purchases, even if your smartphone stays at home.

ASUS Padfone is based on a quad-core Qualcomm S4 clocked at 1.5 GHz and features 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal microSD expandable memory, and a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 960×540 pixels. Just a few years ago, preparing a space mission was very expensive and time consuming. All because of the use of disposable rackets, which after the task required rebuilding. This caused another flight to be ready only in a few months.
However, the situation has changed to join the cosmic race of Blue Origin and SpaceX, which have constructed reusable rockets, able to land alone after the mission.
SpaceX’s managed by Elmo Musk last year made its first landing test of its Falcon 9 rocket, but today will carry out another test. The consortium will use a SES-10 satellite launch satellite to provide Internet and mobile services to Mexicans, the Caribbean, Central America and South Africa, and then check whether the rocket can handle self-return and landing.
Moreover, it will not be a simple landing test. The rocket is supposed to return to a special, robotic barge at sea that serves as a landing pad. If the test is successful, it will be another step towards the implementation of a space flight plan.…
Circle Line is one of the London Underground lines, traditionally marked in yellow. Its name derives from the fact that in 1949-2009 trains rode on it in continuous motion, looping. Nowadays, it is not the most effective solution for transporting people, so the architects of NBBJ have come up with something more functional.
Currently, Circle Line is simultaneously operated by eight warehouses that travel at relatively low speeds of around 30 km / h on average. At peak times it is extremely crowded, which results in delays, not to mention the low comfort for crowded passenger cars.
NBBJ architects think they have found a better solution and would like to replace subway cars, moving sidewalks. Their vision of the transport system would be moving at speeds of up to 5 to 24 km / h, so if we were hurrying, we could use faster sidewalks, and in order to admire the city we would have to use slower versions.
The creators of this project also say that near the sidewalks could be placed many different advertisements, which would finance the cost of their operation, and at any time the traveler would be able to descend from this pavement.…

It turns out that scientists have a great deal of difficulty estimating the value of the gravitational constant, and hence the weight of every body in space, including ourselves.
Gravitation is one of the elemental interactions in the universe that all objects of any mass attract each other. The force of gravity is, however, the most puzzling of all the forces that govern our world. It is well known that gravity occurs but no one knows what it “moves”. That is why hypothetical particles, called gravitons, which have neither mass nor charge, are hypothetical, and they are hypothetical carriers of gravity.
Although physicists still do not know much about the most important force in the universe, we can calculate that force, depending on the mass of the bodies and the distance between them.
